Q: Is every jersey on your site currently available?
A: We strive to maintain a curated stock of available jerseys. High-demand items, especially for marquee teams, can sell out rapidly. The most accurate availability is reflected on each individual product page.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
A: We can attempt to modify an order only if it has not yet moved to our packing stage. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of order placement, provided we have not begun processing it for shipment. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? What are the delivery timelines?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. To optimize delivery speed, For other global destinations, please allow 7-21 business days.
Q: How will I know where my order is?
A: Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Support
Q: What if I need to return a jersey?
A: We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date for items in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Customized items are exempt from standard returns unless there is a defect.
Q: How quickly are refunds processed?
A: After we receive your return, our team will process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method; the time for it to post depends on your financial institution.
Q: Are there any fees for returns?
A: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item is faulty or we sent an incorrect product. We do not apply any hidden handling fees for processing returns or refunds.
